Yes! After you place your order, you’ll receive a digital preview showing how your image appears on your custom phone case to review and approve before production begins.

Can I use a photo taken directly from my phone?

Absolutely! You can upload photos directly from your iPhone or Android device, as well as digital artwork, graphic designs, or photo collages.

Do I need to design or format the phone case myself?

No. You don’t need to format your image to fit the case template yourself. Simply upload your image, and we handle the preparation needed to make it look great on your selected case.

How long does production and shipping take?

Your digital preview is typically sent within 1–2 business days. Once approved, production takes 1–2 business days before your custom case ships via USPS Ground (delivery in 2–5 business days).
